Our team has experience in representing Turkish and non-Turkish entities in domestic and international arbitrations involving diverse industries and various areas of the law. We have conducted arbitrations under the major arbitral institutions, including, the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL), Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC), Istanbul Arbitration Centre (ISTAC) and ICSID. As such, our team can handle a broad range of matters, including international commercial, treaty arbitration and international investment arbitration.

Our team represented various clients to resolve their complex and high-stakes legal challenges through arbitration, including, construction- related disputes, joint ventures, M&A transactions, breaching of fiduciary duties, disputes pertaining to licensing, distribution, and insurance.
